The Council requires one suitably experienced Contractor to service, repair and install ceiling track and mobile hoists throughout the Bradford District. The hoists will be located within a variety of properties throughout the district, including domestic properties, residential homes, leisure centres and respite centres. The contract will be managed by the Council's Corporate Lifts Section and may be used by a range of officers around the Council who are responsible for adaptations. All orders will be placed with this Contractor.
It is anticipated that the contract will run from 1st April 2022 or any later date determined by the Council for an initial period of two years. After which the Council reserves the right to extend the Contract for a further 3 x 1 year periods.
The estimated value of the contract, excluding VAT, is approximately £330,000 per annum.
As expenditure may increase or decrease due to the changing needs of Clients this figure is a guide for information purposes only and no guarantee of future Contract value should be assumed.
