NY Highways (NY H) are issuing this Request for Information to gain an understanding of the market prior to creating a multi lot framework to provide Coring and Laboratory testing across the whole of the North Yorkshire geographical boundary. In addition an option to extend the framework out to provide coverage to other local authorities within the West Yorkshire Alliance
