T/TB070/20 - Provision of Leadership Programme for UKAEA

The UKAEA is issuing this Statement of Requirements (SoR) to procure a leadership programme as defined, with a target go live date of November 2020 for phase 1. The UKAEA is looking to procure an external provider to deliver a bespoke leadership programme at UKAEA initially for 100 people at mid and senior management levels. It is intended the 100 people will be separated into smaller cohorts. The expectation is the provider will design a programme based on agreed content requirements and will also include an element focused on embedding the learning. Suppliers must provide the UKAEA with the ability to deliver and evaluate a comprehensive and high calibre leadership programme which reflects the needs of the organisation based on, but not limited to, the requirements set out below.
