INVITATION TO TENDER Ref: T/EG113/19
()FOR THE PROVISION OF AN APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEM FOR THE UNITED KINGDOM ATOMIC ENERGY AUTHORITY.
On behalf of the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority (the Employer) I invite you to tender for the Services as described in the attached documents.
Upon receipt of this letter please would you complete and return the attached form CL976 to indicate whether or not your company intends to submit a proposal for this requirement. If your decision is not to submit a response, please can you provide a reason along with the form.
If you need further information, whether on technical or contractual issues, please use the Information Request sheet attached and send the query through the E-Sourcing Portal EU-Supply not later than 11:00 hours on 09/03/2020. Additional information will be circulated to all Suppliers, unless it is of a strictly commercial nature.
Your Bid and all other relevant/supporting documentation should be submitted through the EU-Supply portal no later than 14:00 Hours on 16/03/2020. Any bid submissions received after this deadline will not be accepted.
