Thank you for logging on to the system to see if you can provide support to the child and their family who require short breaks support in the Thorngumbald area (HU12 9).
The tender deadline is on Monday 30 March 2026 at 12 noon.
Staffing is 1:1, hours requested are 6 hours per week in the holiday period only.

You will find attached the Lot 2 Personal Care referral document. Within Appendix A there will be the referral information outlining the needs of the child/young person, including when the support is required.
