PRIOR INFORMATION NOTICE ONLY - Refurbishment of Rock House Children's Home

The purpose of the event is to engage with the Contractor market prior to any procurement activity. The Council is seeking to tender to appoint a Contractor for the development of Rock House into a 4 bedroom post 16 residential provision to support the council’s Looked After Children strategy. The works comprise of the creation of four self‑contained studio flats, each with ensuite shower/WC and kitchenette and a staffed area including sleep‑in room, office, WC/shower, laundry, plant and storage, plus a modest communal lounge/activity space and circulation. .
