The requirement is to conduct an engagement exercise with internal and external stakeholders and conduct an external analysis of the Trust’s environment. This is to support the development of a joint strategy for The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust and Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust. The exercise will take no longer than 10 weeks to complete. This is a mini-competition under Lot 2 (Strategy & Policy) of the Crown Commercial Service ‘Management Consultancy Framework Three (MCF3)’, framework reference RM6187. Only suppliers registered within this framework and Lot are eligible for this competition.
