This tender is a restricted procedure, which is a two stage process.
Stage 1 - Pre-qualification stage:
Bidders interested to bid for this opportunity must fully complete the Standard Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and TUPE confidentality declaration form. The remaining documents on the portal is for information only, and will only need to be completed at Stage 2 (Invitation to Tender).
Stage 2 - Invitation to Tender stage:
Bidder successfully invited to stage 2 must complete and submit all documents as contained within the Invitation to Tender document.
