T/JS050/19 - Provision of Mechanical and Electrical Design Consultancy Support

The Consultant will, as required and as instructed, provide consultancy and design services on mechanical and electrical design matters in respect of the Culham Science Centre. This could potentially cover on site survey works, record drawing assessment and office-based works in support of requests for services. • The client is seeking to appoint two consultants. The decision as to which consultant provides the services will be by mini tender based on availability and experience of the resources available. Other examples of the type of work that the Consultant may be asked to undertake are: • Provision of advice and guidance on mechanical and electrical services; • Provision of design information for mechanical and electrical works; • Carrying out site surveys to inform service requests; • Design work associated with particular projects as requirements arise; • To obtain specialist advice or services from third parties as necessary in order to fulfil the requirements of this contract. Any such requirements will be agreed in advance with the Contract Project Manager.
