Overview Following on from a Gartner review, a number of actions/next steps were identified around the IT department’s processes and efficiencies. This work is required in order to support the directorate in the implementation of the outcomes identified from the review. The successful Provider will support the Implementation of the actions/next steps identified from the Gartner review. This includes working with each IT service line to introduce, improve and implement new processes and procedures to ensure the directorate is working to the best of its ability. This will be measured by a baseline assessment and then improvement from this baseline. Each service line will have its own unique baseline assessment.
