Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, in support of the East Midlands Leadership Academy (The Authority), is issuing an invitation to tender ("ITT") in connection with a competitive procurement for the provision Venue Resources. The ITT comprises the following documents: ()

EU Supply Quick Start for Bidders	Suppliers Quick Start Guide for Responding to Online Tenders
Sid4Gov Supplier User Guide	The Authority Trust shall use D&B Duns Numbers to assess financial standing – Please ensure your organisation is registered with Sid4Gov.

 

 

 

 

 

Copies of these documents are available on the EU-Supply.com e-tendering portal used by the Authority for this procurement ("the e-Tendering Portal").

 

1.       All responses must be written in English (or a full English translation should be provided at no additional cost).

 

2.       All responses must be submitted in accordance with the documentation provided. This must not be amended in any way.

 

3.       The response documents in Section B of the ITT must be fully completed and submitted exclusively via the EU Supply e-procurement portal no later than 12:00 on 10^th June 2016  Responses may not be submitted by any other means (e.g. Post, fax, email)

 

4.       Questions may be submitted via the EU Supply e-procurement portal until 12.00 on

2^nd June 2016.  We are unable to guarantee to provide a response to questions asked after this time, though all reasonable efforts will be made.
