Copies of these documents are available on the e-tendering portal used by the Authority for this procurement ("the e-Tendering Portal").
1. All responses must be written in English (or a full English translation should be provided at no additional cost).
2. All responses must be submitted in accordance with the documentation provided. This must not be amended in any way.
3. The response documents in Section B of the ITT must be fully completed and submitted exclusively via the EU Supply e-procurement portal no later than 12:00 on 20th May 216. Responses may not be submitted by any other means (e.g. Post, fax, email)
4. Questions may be submitted via the EU Supply e-procurement portal until 12.00 on 13th May 2016. We are unable to guarantee to provide a response to questions asked after this time, though all reasonable efforts will be made.
