TENDER

 

 

 

You are invited to submit a tender for the above works and all relevant documents have been uploaded to the tender portal which you should of received an invite.

 

 

 

For purposes of the Tender, you will be deemed to have visited the site, inspected the drawings and familiarised yourself with the nature of the site, local conditions and the complexity of the work etc. With regard to co-ordination and management of the work on site, a draft programme is also required.

 

 

 

Please note that all Tender forms must be completed and signed and uploaded. If Tender forms are returned incomplete, the tender will immediately become null and void.

 

Please note the form of appointment will be JCT intermediate building contract with contractors design 2016 Edition.
