RD&E Hospital Emergency Department Reconfiguration

 

Appointment of NEC Project Manager

 

 

 

The Royal Devon & Exeter NHS Foundation Trust wish to appoint a Project Manager to assist with the reconfiguration of the Emergency Department and are seeking an all-encompassing fee proposal for the provision of Project Management duties for the project.

 

 

 

The proposed Form of Contract is the NEC3 Option A Form. This commission will ostensibly commence once a Total of the Prices (Contract Sum) has been agreed with Morgan Sindall (and following approval of this by the Trust).

 

 

 

The Consultant shall submit a lump sum fixed fee proposal including all reasonable travelling expenses, subsistence, disbursements and all other expenses.

You are invited to confirm that you would be prepared to undertake the commission covering the works outlined in the specification and to upload your fee proposal for consideration to the electronic portal.

 

 

 

Fee proposals should be uploaded to the portal on or before 12noon on Friday 21 February 2020.
