Tender

You are invited to submit your tender for the above works and all relevant documents have been uploaded to the tender portal which you should have received an invite.

For purposes of the Tender, you will be deemed to have visited the site, inspected the drawings and familiarised yourself with the nature of the site, local conditions and complexity of the work etc.  With regard to co-ordination and management of the work on site, a Draft Programme is also required.

Please note that all Tender Forms must be fully completed and signed and uploaded.  If Tender Forms are returned incomplete, the Tender will immediately become null and void.

Please note the form of appointment will be JCT Minor Works Building Contract with Contractor’s Design 2016 Edition.

A total of 4 tenderers are invited.  The intended date for works commencement is 14^th October 2019 and completion by 27^th March 2020.

I shall be your contact for all tender enquiries during the tender period, please see details above.  Site visits need to be made by advanced arrangement.

Please acknowledge safe receipt of this letter and enclosed documents and confirm that you will be submitting a bona fide tender by the specified date and time.

The closing date for the tenders is 12 noon on Tuesday 1^st October 2019.
