The Devon Partnership NHS Trust (“DPT”) invites you to Tender for the provision of an ePrescribing and Medicines Administration (“EPMA”) system for the “DPT” in accordance with the documentation attached and as described hereunder. 

 

Offers are invited subject to the terms of this letter and to the Terms of Offer, Document Number Two (2) for the supply, in accordance with the NHS Terms and Conditions of Contract, Document Number Three (3), and Supplementary Conditions of Contract, Document Number Four (4), and the goods and / or services detailed in the Specification, Document Number Five (5).

 

The “DPT” does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any offer and reserves the right to accept an offer either in whole or in part, each item being for the purpose treated as offered separately.  The “DPT” reserves the right to award contracts as described above and arising out of this procurement process to more than one Tenderer.

I would like to draw your attention to the following important points when completing and submitting your offer:

 

  1. All offers must be written in English and commercial information stated in GBP £.

 

  1. All offers must be submitted in accordance with the documentation provided herein.  This must not be amended in any way.

 

  1. All offers must be submitted via the Complete Tender Management (“CTM”) online portal at https://uk.eu-supply.com (../../)

 

  1. The current NHS Terms and Conditions of Contract are enclosed and other terms included in the documentation govern all contracts. 

 

  1. The prices submitted must remain valid for a period of Twelve (12) months following submission.  These must not be disclosed to any party outside this agreement.

 

  1. Please review the Form of Offer enclosed within this pack where all requirements for completing and submitting an offer can be found.  Failure to comply with these instructions may result in your offer being rejected.

 

Your company may be required to attend a clarification meeting at the Trust’s premises following the receipt of the Tender responses.  The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss aspects of your offer.  The clarification meetings will not be evaluated but solely use to clarify specific points contained within your offer to the Trust.
