TSDHCT/H/01/14 - Intermediate Care Residential Block Opportunity in Torquay

Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) wishes to hear from organisations interested in providing Intermediate Care Services in a Residential Home setting within Torquay. The residential home would have 6 to 8 beds located together and the rooms used would be fixed / agreed and not ad hoc. Our settings for our IC patients’ needs to have rehabilitation focus at the centre of every contact. To enable this focus we require consistency within the care provided and an area where our patients can be together so that we can focus our IC resources there.
