BWPC RA7 Patient Experience - Mini competition under CCS RM3733 Framework Technology Products 2, Lot 3

This procurement exercise is being conducted by the Bristol & Weston NHS Purchasing Consortium (BWPC). The project is being led by the Patient Experience & Involvement Team of University Hospitals Bristol and the Contracting Authority will be University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust (the “Authority”).

 

 

This Invitation to participate in this Further Competition has been issued under the Crown Commercial Services Technology Products 2 Framework Agreement – Lot 3 Combined Hardware and Software (RM3733). The terms and conditions of which will apply to all awards made under this call off competition.

The Authority wishes to procure a new real-time patient feedback solution that will support the identification and resolution of issues with patient care as they occur. To be able to capture specific information relating to a patients’ experience of the services provided by the Authority, the solution must enable the Authority to design and deploy bespoke questionnaires in a ‘multi-channel’ environment. In addition it must be possible to set real-time, automated e-mail alerts on questionnaires created whereby a negative response is received and / or a response requested on a questionnaire via the system, an email containing this information is sent to the relevant member of staff.

 

All Tenders must be received by the Authority before the Tender Submission Deadline. Tenders must be uploaded onto  Complete Tender Management (CTM) portal before the closing date of 14:00pm 15/02/2018.
