T16/0345 - Provision of funeral services

This is a 3 year contract with the possibility of a two year (1+1) extension. This opportunity includes: - Funeral Services for Pregnancy Loss and Neo Natal Death Under 24 Weeks Gestation - Funeral Services for Adult Deaths while in the care of the Trust for former patients without relatives able to pay for a basic funeral - Once monthly delivery of foetal remains to Taunton Dean Crematorium - Courier Service for the transportation of deceased infants from the Trust to the autopsy facilities at St Michaels Hospital in Bristol.
