ELFT does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender and reserves the right to accept a Tender either in whole or in part, or not at all, each item being for this purpose treated as offered separately. East London NHS Foundation Trust reserves the right to award contracts as described above and arising out of this procurement process to more than one supplier.
