Tenders are invited subject to the terms of this letter and in accordance with the NHS Terms and Conditions of Contract for the Supply of Goods and the provision of Services (Document 2), and the services detailed in the Specification (Document 3).

 

ELFT does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any Tender and reserves the right to accept a Tender either in whole or in part, each item being for this purpose treated as offered separately. ELFT reserves the right to award contracts arising out of this procurement process to more than one supplier.
