Tenders are invited subject to the terms of this letter and in accordance with the NHS Terms and Conditions (Document 2), of the services detailed in the Specification (Document 3).

 

ELFT does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any Tender and reserves the right to accept a Tender either in whole or in part, each item being for this purpose treated as offered separately. NHS SBS reserves the right to award contracts for the supply of Tender for Coaching Service and Team Development and Transformation described above and arising out of this procurement process to more than one supplier.
