Period of contract: 36 months plus a possible extension of 12 months (from the award of the contract)

Tenders are invited subject to the terms of this letter and also to Document no. 2 Extra Key Provisions, in accordance with the NHS General Terms and Conditions (Document.2 – Appendix 2), of the goods and services detailed in the Specification (Document 3).

 

ELFT does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any Tender and reserves the right to accept a Tender either in whole or in part, each item being for this purpose treated as offered separately. NHS SBS reserves the right to award contracts for the supply of Tender for Electrical and Public Health (MEP) Maintenance Services described above and arising out of this procurement process to more than one supplier.
