Invitation to offer for: Provision of Employee Assistance Programme
Offers are invited, subject to the terms of this e-mail and also the Terms of Offer for the supply of the above, in accordance with the NHS Terms and Conditions of Contract and Supplementary Conditions of Contract of the goods and/or services detailed in the specification.
Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any offer and reserves the right to accept an offer either in whole or in part, each item being for the purpose treated as offered separately. Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust reserves the right to award contracts for the supply of the products/services described above and rising out of this procurement process, to more than one supplier.
It is a Trust audit requirement that all communication with regards to this tender should be directed through the messaging tab within the EU Supply portal.
I would like to draw your attention to the following specific points when completing and submitting offers:
- All offers must be in English.
- All offers must be submitted in a clear an unambiguous format in accordance
with, and without amendment to, the documentation provided.
- All documentation requested must be fully completed and submitted.
- Tenderers must use the EU Supply portal to respond, no other method of
communication will be accepted.
Failure to comply with the above instructions may result in your offer bid being rejected.
In order to see all documentation and submit offers, tenderers must register in the EU Supply system.
Offers must be submitted no later than the date stated within the EU Supply system.
