Thank you for expressing interest in this opportunity.
The minimum requirements for participation are described in the Cover Letter (located in the ITT Pack) and in section 1.3.9 of the ITT document.
A key requirement it agreement to the Framework and Call Off Terms and Conditions. We politely suggest that both sets of T&Cs are reviewed early on in the tender response period and any queries should be raised via the Clarifications process, described in Section 5.4 of the ITT.
There will be no scope for raising questions, queries, or discussing the T&Cs after the Clarification period ends (e.g. during the Standstill period.)
