Dear Tenderer

 

Tender Ref: T.EML..005 Contract for the Provision of Pre-registration Education for Learning Disabilities Nursing Degree on Behalf of Health Education East Midlands

 

Expressions of Interest (EOI) and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) are invited in respect of the above tender.

 

Please note that you have until 17.00 hours GMT on Monday 22nd June 2015 to register your Expression of Interest in this tender and complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire. Your Expression of Interest will be registered by clicking on the “Log-In” or the “Online Registration” buttons above. Please follow the instructions until you click the “Accept” button. If you wish to continue, please complete the PQQ in full and submit.

 

Should you decide not to participate once you have logged in to the system, I would be most appreciative of notification of this, together with a reason why, via the electronic system messaging service.

 

Please also note the following:

 

           All Tender and supporting information MUST be submitted electronically via this system.

           The system does not allow the submission of late tenders.

           Tenders must be submitted via this system only and no alteration may be made to the Tender or accompanying documents. If any alteration is made, or if the instructions are not fully complied with, the Tender will be rejected.

           In accordance with the Instructions for Tendering, all queries or requests for additional information should be directed to Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (Procurement Department), via the system’s messaging facility.

           Please ensure that your submitted response is completed by the same legal entity that is registered on this system. Failure to do so may render your submission invalid.

           All questions must be completed in full. Where a question is ‘not applicable’ you must state this.

           Any documents that are not requested specifically within a question and are uploaded to the general document bank will not be acknowledged or considered.

 

An automatic receipt of tender will be notified to Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust once you have completed all of the documentation.

 

For the duration of the Tendering exercise, all further interaction between your company and Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust will be conducted by the messaging function in the electronic system.

 

PLEASE NOTE: If your organisation is a Consortium, or is intending to be formed as a Consortium to respond to the tender, the Lead Agency or Intended Lead Agency must complete the questionnaire and log into the system. Where an attachment or set of documents is required or submitted, the attachment must relate to the Consortium. If the organisation is intending to be formed as a Consortium, the submission must relate to the intended Lead Agency.

 

Should the Trust accept your tender, such acceptance will constitute a binding agreement between the Trust and yourselves.
