London Borough of Lambeth

Lloyd Leon Community Centre - Invitation to Tender

 

Further to your confirmation of your willingness to tender for the above project, we wish to invite you formally to submit a Tender.

 

We have pleasure in enclosing the following tender documents:

  • Section 1 Preliminaries
  • Section 2 Evaluation Matrix
  • Section 3 Work Schedules
  • Section 4 Form of Tender
  • Appendix A-G inclusive

 

Please note the following:

  • Tenders must remain open for acceptance for not less than 18 weeks from the date of return.
  • Site visits may be made by arrangement via EU Supply

 

The Form of Tender must be returned using the pricing schedule provided and uploaded through the EU Supply portal by:

  • No later than Friday 06th August 2021 at midday

 

Failure to submit your tender in the required format by the tender return date may result in your tender not being considered.

 

In addition to your Form of Tender you must also provide:

 

  • details of your proposals to complete the Project, including risk assessments and method statements;
  • fully priced Preliminaries
  • fully priced Tender Sum Analysis
  • fully detailed method statement
  • form of tender
  • construction programme
  • details of any proprietary systems, specification, guarantees and references, and
  • signed Certificate of Bona Fide Tendering
  • health and Safety Plan
  • works Methodology
  • insurance Details
  • any other information requested within the Project Specification.
