Brockwell Hall - DESIGN TEAM AND LEAD CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR THE RESTORATION OF BROCKWELL HALL

1.2 The Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Lead Consultant / Principal Designer to lead the council through Brockwell Hall Restoration Project for the life of the project, with a break clause at the end of RIBA Stage 3 in the event that the Round 2 NLHF bid is unsuccessful, or the contract is terminated for whatever reason. 1.3 The Lead Consultant will be the Design Team leader and provide full architectural design services and administration in accordance with the RIBA Standard Services (RIBA Stages 0-7).
