 Dear Tenderer,

Tender for provision of North Vauxhall Public Realm Delivery Plan

EU SUPPLY REFERENCE No. 36920

The Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced multi-disciplinary practice or consortium who must provide evidence of having delivered similar services successfully.

The professional services required are for the development of a comprehensive public realm delivery plan, with associated concept and developed designs, which should be co-produced with local communities, their representatives and key stakeholders using co-design principles. This commission  will establish a design framework for the study area, which relates to and builds on existing policy and strategy documents, identify a range of design projects that could be brought forward (at a variety of scales and levels of intervention), and develop concept and developed designs for selected projects (to RIBA Stage 2 & 3). These outputs should be brought together into a ten year Public Realm Delivery Plan document as the final commission output.

This procurement is a Sub OJEU Open Procedure and therefore tenderers must submit a total tender price below OJEU threshold for services.

Please be advised that contract award is subject to obtaining satisfactory references that evidence experience of delivering similar services successfully.

If your company is able to deliver the quality of service that Lambeth Council is seeking, you will be required to comply with the conditions outlined in this cover letter, and fulfil the requirements of the tender documentation
