Refurbishment of Heating Systems at Cowley, Springfield and Holland Town Estates

Lambeth Living 2014/15 Carry Over Programme– Communal Heating Works (excluding Kennedy House) The scope of works includes the replacement of the Landlord’s Communal Heating System including the installation of new pipework distribution systems, pumps, controls and thermal insulation. The provision of new Heat Interface Units to each flat which provides heating and hot water to the flats. The replacement of radiators and associated pipework and controls to each flat (as appropriate) Removal of redundant equipment. Kennedy House. The provision of individual boilers to provide heating and hot water services to each flat complete with new pipework, radiators and controls and removal of redundant equipment
