Environmental Improvement Works to Fern Lodge Estate

Re-designing the road and parking layout of Fern Lodge Estate to ensure pedestrian safety and access for emergency vehicles across the whole of the estate. The works will include extensive new and hard and soft landscaping to improve and enhance the overall appearance of the estate and absorb noise and pollution. The works will also create 91 parking space and 6 disabled parking bays. Expected outcomes are that the works will improve the estate layout which will reduce crime and fear of crime, improved safety for pedestrians and create a more aesthetically pleasing environment.
