You are invited to submit a tender or tenders in relation to specific contracts ("lots") in respect of the services described above.
YOU WILL BE MESSAGED SEPARATELY IN THE MESSAGING SYSTEM IN EU SUPPLY INFORMING YOU OF WHICH LOT OR LOTS YOU HAVE BEEN SHORTLISTED FOR AND FOR WHICH YOU MAY SUBMIT A TENDER OR TENDERS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU SUBMIT A TENDER FOR A LOT FOR WHICH YOU HAVE NOT BEEN SHORTLISTED AND ANY TENDER SUBMITTED BY YOU FOR A LOT FOR WHICH YOU HAVE NOT BEEN SHORTLISTED WILL BE REJECTED BY THE COUNCIL AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
Your Tender/s will be subject to the specification and conditions detailed within the Tender document.

This Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any Offer and reserves the right to accept an Offer either in whole or in part, each item being for this purpose treated as offered separately. Authority reserves the right to award contracts for the supply of the product/service/works described above and arising out of this procurement process, to more than one supplier.
Offers must only be returned through our electronic system not later than 12:00 noon on Monday 23/03/2015. No other form of offer will be accepted.
Tenderers must enclose all required documents and respond to all Qualification questions (if applicable) through our electronic system only. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in your offer bid being rejected.
Please note, any page(s) in the tender document that require a signature must be printed off by the Provider, signed in the appropriate manner and scanned. The Provider must upload the scanned signature page(s) with their submission.
ALL communication with the procurement department should be directed through the messages tab in the system in order to have full record of all communication.
