Re: Pre – qualification for Selection Questionnaire
I'am pleased to invite you to express an interest in the above tender, by completing and submitting a standard Selection Questionnaire (SQ).
Enclosed on the EU Supply portal is the embedded SQ along with supplementary information that and guidance that can be found in "Access Document" area of the system.
Please note, that all the documents relating to the Invitation to Tender have also been made available but they are, at this stage, for information purposes only and should not be completed. However, you are encouraged to view these documents in advance of the invitation to tender date.
Any page(s) in the SQ that require a signature must be printed off by the Provider, signed in the appropriate manner and scanned. The Provider must upload the scanned signature page(s) with their submission.
ALL communication with the procurement department should be directed through the messages tab in the system in order to have full record of all communication.

I would like to thank you for your interest in this contract, and I look forward to receiving your completed questionnaire. I anticipate that it will take approximately 2 – 3 weeks to evaluate expressions from the closing date for submitting your completed form.
