Re: Expression of Interest for Selection Questionnaire (SQ) - Camden Town Hall Comprehensive Refurbishment and Remodelling Project – Development Manager Appointment

 

I am pleased to invite you to express an interest in the above contract.

On the EU Supply portal is the embedded Standard Selection Questionnnaire (SQ) and the supplementary Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and Guidance (the supplementary SQ and Guidance is in the "Access Document" area of the system).

 

Please note that all the documents relating to the Invitation to Participate in Dialogue (ITPD) have also been made available but they are, at this stage, for information purposes only and should not be completed.  However, you are encouraged to view these documents in advance of the ITPD invitation date.

 

For an SQ submission to be valid

  1. All required questions in the embedded Standard Selection Questionnaire (SQ) must be answered
  2. Any page(s) in the embedded Standard Selection questionnaire (SQ) that require a signature must be printed off by the Candidate, signed in the appropriate  manner and scanned
  3. The Candidate must upload the scanned signature page(s) with their submission
  4. The Candidate must upload all required supporting documents with their submission
  5. Responses to the supplementary Selection Questionnaire (SQ) must be provided and must be uploaded to the system along with any supporting documents required by the supplementary Selection Questionnaire (SQ)
  6. The response must be submitted via the e-tendering portal by the deadline stated for submission of expressions of interest

ALL communication must be directed through the messages tab in the system in order to have full record of all communication.
