Primrose Hill Primary School condition improvement works

The London Borough of Camden is seeking to engage suitably experienced works contractors to carry out works at Primrose Hill Primary School.

 

 

 

The main categories of works included in the proposed programme are renewal of the main electrical circuit boards; window replacements to all elevations; heating distribution pipework; and roofing repairs to the nursery block.

 

 

 

In addition to the work categories listed above, there is also the conversion of a large redundant under croft space to create of a new classroom.

 

 

 

The works will deliver improved teaching facilities at the schools. It is anticipated that the works for both projects will commence in June 2017 with completion due on 1 March 2018.

 

The estimated value of these works is £1,050K
