I am pleased to invite you to express an interest in the above tender by completing and submitting a Suitability Questionnaire.

Enclosed on the EU Supply Portal is the embedded Suitability Questionnaire along with supplementary quality method statements for completion and information and guidance that can be found in the “Access Documents” area of the system.

Any question(s) in the Suitability Questionnaire which requires a signature must be printed off by the Provider, signed in an appropriate manner and scanned. The Provider must also upload the scanned signature page(s) with their submission.

ALL communication with the Procurement Department should be directed through the messages tab in the EU Supply Portal in order to have a full record of all communication.
