Jisc are seeking to engage a single supplier to complete pre-employment health screening and management Occupational Health referrals as well as to provide an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). On average there are 120 employees each year for pre-employment checks and management referrals and on average 30 employees accessing EAP resources per month. The scope of this procurement is: Occupational Health -New starter health assessment -Management referrals -Obtaining medical reports from GPs or specialists where relevant -Dedicated account management -Monthly, quarterly, and annual reports -Telephone support to HR during working hours relating to medical issues of employees and any other health related matters -Online case management platform to submit referrals and to retrieve reports which is compliant with GDPR legislation Employee Assistance Programme -Childcare, Consumer issues, Debt, Domestic abuse, Drugs and alcohol, Family issues, Financial, Gambling, Housing, Insurance claims, Legal, Relationships, Mental health, Work -Trauma and Critical Incident Support -Health Promotion and Awareness -Mediation -Counselling -Management toolkit and advice -Monthly, quarterly, and annual reports Demonstrations may be held as part of the evaluation process and more details are provided in the Demonstration section of this ITQ. The contract term is one (1) year with the option to extend for a further 4 in annual increments ie 1+1+1+1+1.
