Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) to approximately 4686 staff and 1744 post graduate research (PGR) Students. This will be a confidential and professional helpline and advice service with provision of face to face counselling. The aim for the provision of the service is to help employees and post graduate research students cope with challenges or to make positive changes in their life where necessary and to maintain their personal health and wellbeing whilst at work and study.
