Detailed description:
The University requires a Drilling Operations Supervisor to oversee recovery of a cored onshore borehole for research purposes located at Mochras, North Wales (the full geological setting is de-scribed in Appendix A). The project is carried out under the auspices of the International Continental Scientific Drilling Programme and operations on site (site preparation, drilling operations, and site restoration) are planned between November 15th 2017 at earliest and May 22nd 2018 at latest Please see tender for full details.
