Ech 927 - WDC Minor Capital Works

Wealden District Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced suppliers for the provision of minor capital works under an 18-month JCT Measured Term Contract. The anticipated maximum total contract value over the 18-month term is £1m. Works will be of an ad hoc rather than programmed nature and are likely to include but not be limited to: external redecorations, fencing and masonry work, disabled adaptations, door and window replacements, minor property conversions, fire precaution works and single kitchen replacements. WDC is following a 2-stage restricted procurement process to procure this Contract. Under the first stage, prospective Contractors are required to complete a Selection Questionnaire and its related appendices. Following evaluation of submitted SQs, WDC anticipates inviting a maximum of 5 Contractors to Tender under the second, final stage of the process.
