Ech 779 - Charnwood Capital Works (Decent Homes) Contract

Charnwood Borough Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced service providers to enter into a Contract for the provision of planned (capital) works programmes.  The Contract will be a JCT Measured Term Contract 2011 (as amended) and will run for a maximum of 9 years: an initial term of 5 years with the option to extend up to two times for a period of two years
