Brighton and Hove City Council (the Council), is interested in gathering initial interest in the development of a bespoke service for a client with complex needs and behaviour that can challenge. Providers can supply information by completing the response form and return it via the Council’s EU Supply e-sourcing system by 12:00 on Wednesday 4th November 2015. The system can be accessed at: https://uk.eu-supply.com/ctm/supplier/publictenders?b=BRIGHTON-HOVE Please note that this is not a tender process. The Council is currently investigating providers’ interest in the delivery of this service and indicative pricing only. In the event that no responses are received via this exercise, the Council may negotiate directly with its existing supported accommodation providers. A service is required to support the discharge from a specialist hospital in Kent of a client with an Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) and a moderate learning disability. This client presents with complex needs and behaviours that can challenge, but is also a fun and happy person to work with, who is active in guiding their own support and choosing activities to engage in. Full details can be found in the document hosted on the e-sourcing site.
