SR202308009 - Training and support services- professional investigations

The Authority is seeking a single provider to provide a range of services for Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service (NFRS) which include: • External independent investigations of grievance, standard, complex or sensitive cases as defined within the service policies and National Joint Council (NJC) terms and conditions (Green, Grey and Gold book) • Where required investigations into standard cases or complaints • Review of historic cases, policies, and quality assurance of internal investigations. • Bespoke training services for in-house investigators (including refresher training). • Option to provide an independent panel member to attend and provide input from an independent perspective to NFRS misconduct panel. The contract will be for 1 year with the option to extend by a further 1 year.
