Detailed description:

The current contract for ‘Contingent Labour’ in WYP is due to expire on the 31st March 2023. Consideration has been made for a renewal contract for the ongoing ad-hoc requirement of contingent labour. Blue Light Commercial have established a national ‘Contingent Labour’ framework for blue-light organisations following a competitive process. This framework has been awarded to one supplier and blue-light organisations can direct award to this supplier following their internal procurement governance procedures.
