Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue are enquiring if there are suppliers in the market that can provide support and maintenance for our Integrated Communication and Control Systems (ICCS) before we issue a tender in December 2022. We are not looking to replace out ICCS at this time, the request is for support and maintenance only. We wish to understand if there are others that can fully support our ICCS system. The contract period we are considering is for 5 years or we may look to contract on a 1+1+1+1+1 basis.
