Thames Valley Police acting as lead Authority for OPCC and the Victims Hub are seeking tenders for a database which can follow the journey of victims which can send and receive messages and telephone calls which will store the communications between the victim and victim hub. Services, maintenance and update required with the option to add licenses and merge data from Apricot to new software.
