Q301 - Air Conditioning Planned and Reactive maintenance services

The Brigade requires new contract provision to be in place for 1st April 2022 with regard to the provision of Air conditioning planned & reactive maintenance services. 3 Scope It is envisaged that a single Contractor shall be responsible for the planned preventative and reactive maintenance of Air conditioning installations throughout the CFA Estate. 4 The Requirements The full technical specification of requirements is included within the bid package, however the below provides a brief overview of the contract requirements. The Cyclical Maintenance for the Air Conditioning Installations shall be applicable to the general composition of the installations as follows:- - Evaporator Equipment - Condenser Equipment - Refrigerant Pipework
