Wet Midlands Fire and Rescue Authority has a requirement for a cloud based solution to provide a single, centralised Time Management solution to enable a consistent, accurate method to capture Time and Attendance and absence data across the organisation. The solution must also provide System should provide an integrated telephony system that accommodates inbound and outbound communication that includes: user leave requests and overtime signup, messaging, overtime offers, and the ability for supervisors to approve leave requests. An 'off the shelf' solution is required to be implemented and in use before July 2022.
