A0779 - Grounds Maintenance

Greater Manchester Police (GMP) has a requirement for a complete Grounds Maintenance service throughout the Force's Estate. The current contract covers 36 sites across Greater Manchester of varying sizes and landscapes. The requirements under contract are, but not limited to, the following: • Planned maintenance to the external areas of specified sites in accordance with the specification and with a proactive approach, and to an acceptable standard; • Minor project/improvement works; • Reactive works, i.e. wind damage, fallen trees; • Winter gritting services.
