This Prior Information Notice has been published to inform the market of the forthcoming tender for Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service to procure a Contractor to provide our replacement Drysuits. This Early Engagement Notice is to invite suppliers to be part of the supplier engagement for this procurement, prior to the tender opportunity. It is estimated that the Contract Notice (call for competition) will be published in September 2021.
We intend to run a demonstration day where you are able to bring your drysuits which must conform to the DEFRA model. For more information please see page 57 The session will be held on the 17th August 2021 in Evesham, Worcestershire. Their will be 1 hour slots available for you to present your Drysuits. You are also invited to bring accessories relating to the drysuits; however these are currently out of scope. To book in to one of the slots please email the procurement team listed.
